She can help you deal with stress, overcome depression, and reduce anxiety.  Helen has a holistic approach to weight management, complimentary cancer care and anti-aging, to help you to be as healthy, happy and relaxed as you would like to be. 

We can offer you:

• A balanced eating plan based on real food that's easily available, and a simple method to figure out what's best for your body

• An individually prescribed herbal medicine to help your body to heal

• Mind/body healing and coaching (The Journey, Being in Colour and ThetaHealing) to assist you mentally, emotionally and spiritually to enable you to feel better sooner

• Reiki or reflexology foot massage to enable your body to relax and be at peace to enhance the healing process

• We have 3 levels of care to choose from for your needs and budget – Health Basics - 1 hour sessions, Vibrant Health - 1.5 hour sessions or Vibrant Health Plus - 2 hour treatment sessions are available (click here)
