During a natural health consultation with Helen, you will learn how to create a healthy relationship with food; discover how to create a diet and eating plan that is right for your needs, food preferences and eating pattern using foods containing the right balance of nutrients for you. She will suggest additional foods or ways of eating that will add nourishment, assist you to heal from an illness, gain or lose weight, improve energy or performance, or slow down the effects of aging. The basic principles that Helen teaches will set you up for long term health and well being.

Supplements may be prescribed in the short term to overcome obvious deficiencies.
