Bullet Journalling for Health, Productivity, and Success

Are you a creative person that has loads of ideas and lots of different projects on the go at one time? Or are you just super busy trying to fit everything in but some things keep falling out?
Bullet journalling is a system of planning and organising that helps you to integrate and manage all aspects of your life in one journal. You can use it for setting goals, tracking your habits, making lists, planning your year/month/week/day, managing your daily tasks and to-do’s, and reviewing your day. What I love about bullet journalling is that it’s a flexible system that you can adapt to your own style or personality, and add colour, pictures, quotes and fancy fonts to make a fun and creative way to organise yourself. From my own experience, using this system helps you to be much more productive and achieve what you’ve set out to do.
This workshop is an introduction to bullet journalling to get you on track with creating the health and the life that you want. We will cover:
- An overview of the bullet journal system
- Using a bullet journal for setting goals
- Planning and tracking habits (using health habits as an example)
- Collections or Lists
- Daily spread ideas – priorities, tasks, checklists, gratitude, review etc.
- First make it practical, then make it pretty!
