Enlighten Me! Tools and Strategies for Healthy and Effective Weight Loss

Over the years, I have met many women (and men) who struggle with weight loss, who find it difficult to stick to a diet or programme, and just wish they could just take a pill or wave a magic wand and their problem would simply vanish.
The great news is I have the magic wand for you! The Enlighten Me! workshop will teach you some simple practices and concepts that will make a huge difference to your chances of success with your health and weight.
The EnlightenMe workshop is not so much about what to eat or not eat, or how much, or what the best type of exercise is – it’s teaching you how to think like a ‘naturally lean’ person. You see, lean people intuitively know how to manage their weight. They have different thought processes around food and exercise, and it’s these concepts and understandings that will make the biggest difference to your success. Changing your ‘diet mentality’ will give you a sense of freedom that will enable you to have the fit, healthy body you’ve always wanted.
During this workshop we will cover:

plus other practical tips and strategies to enhance your success.
